    REFUNDABLE RATE | Upon booking, 30% deposit on the amount of the entire stay. The balance must be paid no later than 10 days. prior to Check-in. We will send you an email, in which you can complete the balance payment for the entire stay using standard methods (credit cards, Paypal, etc.).

    CANCELLATION CONDITIONS ON REFUNDABLE RATE  

    STRUCTURE RULES

    • Smoking is not permitted.
    • Animals are not allowed.
    • It is not permitted to organize parties/events.
    • The silence time slot is from 11pm to 7am.
    • Tourist tax to be paid in the structure: €2.00 to person for day, children under 10 years of age are exempt from payment.
    • The guest can cancel for free up to 21 days from check-in.
    • If the guest cancels within 20 days before check-in, they will lose the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking.

    Check-In from 3.00pm to 8.00pm - Check-Out 10.00am.

    The Check-In service is free until 8.00 pm | From 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm you pay a supplement of € 20.00 | From 10.00pm to 12.00am the supplement is € 30.00 | From midnight onwards the supplement is € 50.00.
